Great product and great customer service. I had an issue that didn't turn out to be their problem (my RPi 4B was locked out of the box) but they still responded to emails very quickly (less than 12 hours). Got a new Pi and everything worked great. I love the compactness of this display when connected to my RPi 4B with a ribbon cable instead of the HDMI cables that other displays still use today, and the included power/audio connectors work really well. The only minor complaint is that it's difficult to remove/add an SD card without removing the Pi from the screen, but it can still be done with tweezers. But given the RPi's configuration, there's not much they can do about it. The device has a very good touch behavior and very good colors. I would easily pay more for this display, at this price it's a great bargain.
