The support team was very helpful when I had issues with my site going down every day for about an hour or two at lunchtime! They really helped me resolve it quickly so that our members could continue working without interruption during those times of downtime in their service area(s)! It's been over 3 years since we started using this platform but there are still things they can improve upon - especially if you're looking into having your own website instead of just managing one online as ours does now through them.
We use this system primarily because all orders go out from here via email/text message which helps us keep track of delivery dates better than any other method available; however sometimes people forget where something has already gone once delivered by another member who did not receive notifications sent through text messages / emails etc.; also some customers do prefer receiving deliveries personally rather then being able to have someone pick up items ordered remotely though these services would be ideal too.
