The support team was very helpful when I had issues with my site going down every day for about an hour or two at lunchtime! They really helped me resolve it quickly so that our members could continue working without interruption during those times of downtime in their service area(s)! It's been over 3 years since we started using this platform but there are still things they can improve upon - especially if you're looking into having your own website instead of just managing one online as ours

Not much at all really; the system is very easy to use and the support team
It's simple for our volunteers who do not have computer skills or are new at computers! I like that it allows me access from anywhere with my phone/tablet as well - no more having physical copies of orders in hand during an event!! The only downside would be if you don't use their email system they can sometimes take awhile before updating your account after adding information into other areas such as product info etc., which could lead time issues when trying communicate about somethingβ¦
I like that this program has so many features for our organization! It makes it easy not only just with what we are doing but also keeping track of things in general as well; there isn't anything i dislike about using/usingFoodSoft at all!! We've used other programs before which were very expensive or didnβt have everything needed such an inventory management system etc., however they did end up going out from under us when their parent went bankrupt because no one paid them anymore - therefore
