I like that it's easy to use, can do both online or offline payment methods, works perfectly for any size of business/storefront. It offers the same tools as other platforms but at a much more affordable price point! The toolset could be improved upon. - Reporting options- Less customizability. We've found we need to customize our own dashboards for things such as shipping labels. Their support has been amazing though! If you are looking for something low cost and don't want to spend too many resources this is probably your best bet. Shipping costs were reduced by about 50%.
