Good material, poor construction
Overall the product looks like a quality dryer. The stainless steel looks high quality. However, when trying to put the two pieces together, it turned out that the threads on the base didn't even exactly match those on the base. Screwing the parts together yielded nothing but small shavings of metal. The application of very little additional pressure resulted in the threaded end of the riser post getting stuck in the riser shaft. The only way to make this product work is to use "liquid metal" to bond the two pieces together.
