Review on Razorri Comodo Ceramic Fermentation Crock - 2L Traditional Water-Sealed Jar With Glazed Weights - Perfect For Kombucha, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Pickles (Tangerine Tango) by Brandon Pratt

Beautiful crock but Interior is glazed.

My whole reason for wanting to use a fermentation crock vs glass jar is the micropores of the traditional onggi. I didn’t realize this was glazed on the interior. But I love the color, design and especially the water well at the top. It works similarly to air locks I’ve used for winemaking. The gas escapes through the water without letting air in.
