We rescued an injured lizard that was roaming around the house. So that the little guy gets well, we provide a small enclosure. After researching we decided to offer a solution to maintaining the temperature of the habitat with a reptile heating mat. The carpet was much thinner than expected which is great. The temperature controller may need an update. While the knob works as expected, there's really no way to know exactly what temperature it's set to. I find the feedback clicking when you turn the knob and the markings showing the temperature listed on the stand will be very helpful unless you have a heat gun. In general, everything works as expected, you just have to be careful with the set temperatures.
