So I've owned this for over a year and every time I pull it out to use it, I'm really glad that I purchased it. What wouldn't you like? It has two batteries, so while I'm using it, the other one can be charging. However, I typically never need to grab the extra battery since it holds a charge for so long. I work on cars as a hobby and this fits in tight areas and is able to loosen tight nuts. When driving them in, it has a decent amount of torque and can get them with a few ft-lbs. of what I typically need. It's never let me down and simply does exactly what it should do. The carrying case holds everything and is compact and easy to carry. Overall, this is one of the best tools that I own!
