I am a busy mother of two, so when I heard about Mejale, an online store that sells a broad variety of apparel, shoes, and jewelry for women, in addition to products for babies and infant girls, I was thrilled to learn about it. However, my time spent buying with Mejale has been filled with nothing but frustration and dissatisfaction. To begin, the design of the website may be pleasing to the eye, but it is really difficult to navigate and locate the information that I require. The search feature frequently provides results that are not relevant, and the categories do not provide sufficient detail to assist me in narrowing down my options. When I spend so much time looking through pages of goods, only to find out that they do not have what I need in my size or in the design that I want, it is quite aggravating. When I have been successful in finding products that I like, the quality of such items has been, at best, variable. Some of the items of clothes that I ordered arrived with missing threads or stitches, and the shoes that I purchased were uncomfortable and of low quality. To make matters worse, some of the things were completely different from what was depicted on the website, leaving me with the impression that I had been mislead and let down. The quality of the customer service has also been lacking. In spite of the fact that I reached out to the firm to express my concerns with the quality of their products, I have only received generic comments that give very little in the way of meaningful assistance or solutions. In addition, shipping has been delayed and unpredictable, with shipments arriving several weeks after the date that was originally scheduled for delivery. My time spent shopping with Mejale has, on the whole, been a difficult and unsatisfying experience for me. This is not an online business I would recommend to anyone searching for high-quality apparel, shoes, or jewelry, or adorable and trendy products for infants and children. The reality of purchasing with Mejale has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, despite the fact that the website may have a fantastic appearance at first sight.
