Lighter is fine. Works as intended, but what's really annoying is that the cap doesn't twist all the way back like a Zippo lighter. When trying to light a candle, sometimes the contacts can't reach the wick because the cap is in the way. This lighter is primarily designed for cigarettes and the like. But since it's also good at igniting things like leaves and other materials, it can be a good outdoor tool since the fuel is just electricity. Pack a solar array and you have an "unlimited" supply of launchers. Update: They give you a card to activate your guarantee but apparently their website is down so it won't load in your browser, tried several browsers and it still won't load. Update 2: Attempting to light something that you are actively holding in your other hand can cause electricity to flow through the object. Then you run the risk of feeling the impact all over your body, very easily, but be careful.
