UPDATE: New unit has arrived and is working. After a few months of use, despite the initial setback, I'm happy with my purchase. I received my MA-50 device. Very happy to try, especially with UV light. Background: I ordered a levoit 200S and a mediify MA-50. Both devices arrived less than two days after ordering. Unboxing/instructions were easier/better with levoit than with mediify. There was also no protective plastic bag around the mediify HEPA 13 filter, although the instructions provided for it. The Levite had a protective plastic bag around the HEPA13 filter. Most importantly, the Levoit turned on and was working when I plugged it in. MA-50 did not turn on! I'm disappointed. Spent a lot of money on this device. Interestingly, the manufacturer "Medifyair" does NOT have the MA-50 in their office/warehouse or on their website, but Revain does. Not sure what that means, but it may not have been tested as extensively as other MA-40 units. outlet while holding down the power button. Nothing helped. I called Raven. They offered me a refund or a replacement and chose a replacement for now. Five stars for Revain's customer service, but one star for the MA-50 feature.
