I like how quick they are to respond when there is an issue or something needs fixed! They have been very good at responding almost immediately, even if it's just for feedback about my profile (which gets lost sometimes). Their customer service has also become top notch in recent years as well--it used be pretty terrible back then but now its great!! Sometimes we dont receive credit cards from our clients until 2-3 days after submitting them with other information so i've had issues where payments take longer than expected because of this problem/issue being resolved quickly by their support team :) I like how easy it is to post jobs, and check status of bids. It's very user friendly! Not much, but if you're looking for a good tool, this one will do the trick. I haven't really found anything I don't like about it. If you're looking for a simple way to post jobs and monitor them, then this is the best option out there. We use it to post jobs and monitor them.
