This cleaner/disinfectant is for businesses that work with hair, skin, nails, etc. I think it can be used as a household cleaner but I think it would definitely work in salons, hairdressers, spas etc. The bottle has very precise instructions on what can be soaked for a long time (plastic combs) and what needs to be taken out after 10 minutes (all metal). It has a pleasant smell and color, and I'm willing to bet that it actually kills all sorts of fancy germs and bacteria. I used it a little but cut it in half as I used it on the shower floor here at home but it should be used straight from the bottle.
