I have a set of large black envelopes that I often decorate when sending greeting cards. I like to use metal pens as they stand out well against a dark field. Unfortunately, metal markers dry out pretty quickly, so I was happy to receive a set of 18 markers in all colors. Unlike more expensive brands (like Sharpie) they aren't as densely pigmented so the pure color doesn't show up on black like I was hoping. I've been able to use them on white envelopes and they're not that bad. The frost/shine aspect is quite muted but still noticeable. And it's nice to have so many different metallic tones to choose from, beyond the standard gold and silver. All in all a good set at a reasonable price.
