Useful tool a must have

I bought this tool to cut out tile. Since I purchased this tool I have found many uses for it. I recently used it for something I didn’t know I would need it for. That was vinyl gutters. Cut them with ease like a hot knife through butter

Pros

Worked great!!

Cons

The oscillating blades can dull quickly and may need to be replaced frequently, adding to the overall maintenance costs of the tool
