The ability to create multiple views of our data, including patient flow diagrams that are helpful in understanding how we can improve processes within our organization.

It is easy enough to use but not so simple as to be too difficult or confusing for new users - it's somewhere between those two extremes! I would recommend this product if you have complex needs with regards to your ERP suite, such as getting proper visibility into all aspects of an entire department (such as finance). We're able to track financial performance over time and identify opportunities for improvement across departments.
