The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use, with very few steps to get to the desired result. The system allows for easy and fast data entry, and the information can be easily exported in Excel. The most useful feature is that it allows us to see all of our patients, their diagnoses at any given time in realtime as well an overview over patient flows through different departments/units within one day or week (which helps with scheduling). The ability to create multiple views of our data, including patient flow diagrams that are helpful in understanding how we can improve processes within our organization. It is easy enough to use but not so simple as to be too difficult or confusing for new users - it's somewhere between those two extremes!
