We have used this software for about 8 years now, so we are familiar with it's capabilities as well as its limitations! It has been very reliable over that time period - no issues to report at all in our experience thus far (and I'm sure there were some bumps along the way). The only thing is sometimes can be slow loading times when you're trying to open multiple tabs of data simultaneously; but once everything loads up, then performance seems fine again. If your looking into crisis tracking solutions look at how many people will use/access these systems before deciding which one fits best within budget constraints & needs / requirements. In my opinion if more than 10 or 15 users need access via various devices such as desktop computers web browsers etc., then make an informed decision regarding cost vs functionality needed by those end-users using different platforms across their networked environment.
