I like that it is easy to use, has great customer support (even when you are using them), can be used across different platforms/devices if needed for your organization. There's nothing really wrong with their product or service but there have been some hiccups along the way which could make things easier in general for customers of theirs. Sometimes they don't update features as fast we would expect so sometimes our clients get stuck behind an old version when trying out new stuff. They provide good value for money since everything seems relatively cheap compared to other competitors products around at this time. We currently only utilize breakouts rooms occasionally though - not enough business being conducted through them yet! Using breakout room functionality allows us access from anywhere via laptop, phone etc without having to physically go into office space.
