We love it! And our cat too! He has been sleeping there since he arrived 3 days ago lol. The length of the carpet is excellent. I wanted one that would extend past our tiny sink as every time I washed the dishes the water would flood the entire floor. Its thickness is enough. It's not too thin to look and feel cheap, but also not so thick that it takes too long to dry after getting wet, which of course leads to mildew and wet feet. The non-slip bottom did it. In the days we've had it hasn't slipped once. We got chickens about 4 months ago so I've only been into chicken and rooster lately. I searched for "rooster kitchen rug" and clicked "next" several times before I found this rug and my search was over. I didn't want bright and silly cartoon chickens. I wanted a simple rustic look. The darker shade of rust with a muted background suits our kitchen and style perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised and of course very pleased when I saw the price. Many rugs, most of which were smaller, cost twice as much or more. Overall, we are very satisfied with this purchase and can only recommend it. This is a rug. It serves its purpose very well, it's aesthetic and you can't ask for more from an item like this.
