This is a great purchase. Everyone in my family enjoyed it, from the 70 year old to the two year old. The older ones loved to sunbathe, the middle ones loved to jump, swim and climb back and the little ones just loved to swim. I secured it with special bungee cords at a depth of about 5 feet and it stayed there for three weeks at a depth of about 5 feet, attached to a cement anchor. We also fixed it closer to the shore with a cement block for the little ones to play on. The other day I took out a brush and cleaned it of the small clams that had accumulated on it and it came out as clean as possible. There is no soap. There was no fading or discoloration from either water or sun exposure. This is a freshwater lake. The dock is easy to inflate and deflate. It came in a tote bag and I can easily carry it around, inflated or deflated. Tie rings and pins are still very reliable. There are no signs of wear on the raft. I recommend it for weeks of fun for your family. I looked at floating docks once and that was my choice. I was waiting for a better price as the price fluctuations were huge.
