Review on HXDZFX by Brett Blazis

Although HXDZFX bills itself as a one-stop-shop for all your culinary needs, including pantry basics, fresh produce, and baking ingredients, I haven't had much luck shopping there. When my shipment arrived, I discovered that the cloth and yarn I had ordered were subpar. Uneven sewing and loose threads marred the fabric's otherwise subpar quality. The fabric was of poor quality and full of knots, making it frustrating to work with. The food coloring was dull and ran out quickly, adding insult to injury. There was also an unsatisfactory lack of customer care. I had trouble getting an answer from their team when I emailed them about a problem, and once I did, they weren't very helpful in fixing it. The ordering procedure was cumbersome, and the website was difficult to use. In general, I did not enjoy using HXDZFX. I have a hard time recommending this online shop due to the poor quality control and service I received. I'm crossing my fingers that they listen to feedback and make changes to their products and services based on it.
