During my two weeks in Indonesia all my colleagues decided to buy an old store bought computer color adapter from the 1980's. Each of them failed at some point. This adapter has done its job everywhere I've used it. Not only is it a well working device, it also looks very nice with the rubberized finish and the carrying case makes me proud to take it out. The case protects it and thanks to that it should look like new for many years. This is a very well thought out design with the look and feel of retractable plugs. Most of the time I had to plug it in upside down, with the USB ports facing down, as it's a little heavy with the iPad connector. It's never fallen out of a socket with a European plug, but some sockets dangle and don't hold it up just enough. Only with USB cables it always stayed straight. I didn't read (could have missed) that it has a tine tilt feature. I saw this in China but only ever used my regular US plugs so never needed it. This device has the option, you just need to turn the pins inward. I am very happy with my purchase and you can rest assured that you will choose it!
