The product is defective. The mechanism that attaches the bracelet to the dial does not work properly. If you just pull it, it will break. I've almost lost my watch face twice in the last few days because of this. To make matters worse the return period is one month and shortly after that the item became defective and I am not entitled to return it. What a waste of money!
