Review on BLACK+DECKER Bit Set for Screwdrivers and Drills, 109-Piece (BDA91109) by Paul Evangelista

Good news: This is a VERY comprehensive and fully featured set. This kit probably doesn't include the screwdriver or drill you need. I particularly liked that the kit included very small diameter drill bits that are not found in many kits, especially cordless all-in-one drill bit kits. Remove the tray that secures them from the formed plastic mold! In fact, I don't see any way to remove the drills without cutting your fingertips into ribbons unless you find a workaround that keeps you from returning this set immediately for a refund. This is because the bits are fixed in the shell so to remove them you have to pull them out at the working end, not the end of the cartridge if you get my meaning and these bit blades are SHARP! My workaround for this critical design flaw was to find in my toolbox a very small flathead (flat head) screwdriver, about 4 1/4" long with a 1/8" blade, that I could fit from the open cutouts to the plastic storage compartment in the kit box. I use this tool to slide it under my chosen drill bit and loosen it from the plastic vise. If that doesn't sound like something you'd love to do when choosing a drill, then this set isn't for you! So three stars only because of the complete set of bits and screwdrivers. Otherwise there would have been a star for the difficulty of removing the bat.
