I like that their system has all of our medical providers on one page so we can easily keep track of everyone's information at any given time.

It also makes it easy to search through each provider as well! The only thing I dislike about impact is how slow they are in adding new features or making changes when needed. Sometimes it takes them up to 2 months before updates will show up even after getting feedback from users. This helps us be able to better control patient access to our clinic while making sure everything runs smoothly every day.
