Bought my first one over 3 years ago. Before this, I used a carob coffee maker at home, which broke down. Previously, I was skeptical about automatic coffee machines, but I decided to try it anyway. And I was surprised: the taste of coffee became much more pleasant with the same grains (before that, there was Saeco carob, and before it, Delonghi carob). First I bought it for home, then for a small office to replace the old one, and then a third one as a gift to a relative. All three work flawlessly, the “youngest” is over a year old.
- Convenient and clear control. Each of the five cooking modes has its own button (espresso, two cups of espresso, americano, two cups of americano and cappuccino (or cappuccino, whatever you want to call it). I set the grind level once and still use it. The cappuccinatore makes perfect milk foam. Of course, there is milk that he cannot whip, but there is stable milk that is always whipped: I use ultra-pasteurized Prostokvashino 2.5, Parmalat 1.8 or Valio 1.5. There is never a problem with this milk. It has several options for frothing milk. The water tank is big enough. The cake remains almost always dry in the container, so the container should simply be emptied and not washed.
- At first, I set the water hardness incorrectly, and every week the machine required descaling. After the reconfiguration, it began to demand somewhere once every one and a half to two months. The original cleaning fluid is quite expensive. But you can find an alternative. I bought it quite a lot at the time and still use it. There are problems with the cappuccinatore. On the first car of this model, everything was fine with him. On the other two, for the Clean mode (self-cleaning with steam from milk), the cappuccinatore needs to be slightly raised. Looks like a connection problem. But the foam is prepared well in the selected mode.
