Review on Black CDN DT450X 🌡️ Pocket Thermometer with Digital Display by Ruben Weaver

I bought this for my wife as stocking filler for Christmas last year. She managed to put our old cheap digital thermometer in the dishwasher and you can probably guess what happened there. So I did a little research and found that this thermometer has good reviews and is reasonably priced (I was willing to pay a few bucks more to get a good thermometer). So far this thermometer has been great for home use. Appears to be of very high quality workmanship. It reads the temperature quickly and is easy to use. I haven't tried submerging this item in water or washing it in the dishwasher, but I like the fact that it's advertised as waterproof, just in case. It cleans easily in the sink, so far there have been no obvious problems with water ingress. I really like how the lid attaches to the back of the thermometer and essentially acts as an extension handle. We use a grill extension that can get too hot with a short thermometer. Overall we are very happy with this purchase and it looks like it will last. Highly recommended!
