Came with a brown stain - quite rough

The ladder that came with my crate had a brown stain. It wasn't poop, but when I put bleach on it it didn't come up. So now my box always looks dirty. It's like there's a small patch of feces on the steps. The lid is a bit wobbly and doesn't close. Functional but somehow cheap for the price.
