It didn't take long for adopted kittens to pick this up. The upper part could never snap into the lower part. There weren't any particular problems since I wasn't planning on transferring it.

The best litter box we've ever had and the cats seem to agree on this - with multiple litter boxes in the house they will fight outside because they both prefer some other one instead. Does a great job of storing litter, easy for our senior cat to get in and out of and easy to find a comfortable place to put it.

The ladder that came with my crate had a brown stain. It wasn't poop, but when I put bleach on it it didn't come up. So now my box always looks dirty. It's like there's a small patch of feces on the steps. The lid is a bit wobbly and doesn't close. Functional but somehow cheap for the price.

Gravity holds it together but there's a hole at the top where all the smell is coming from so what's the point? If the top falls off I will never trust the cat to ever get back in. Use screws to hold it together and simply unscrew to clean. I have used it as an outdoor cat house in case she needs it and it matches my kennels.

A great addition or replacement for your traditional boxes! Ideal for pet owners who also have dogs in the same house as it is very difficult for them to reach. Although it is light and maneuverable, it is strong enough to stay in place all the time. Spacious and fun for cats and kittens. I will buy again and highly recommend!

We have two cats. By conventional wisdom we had 3 trays with high walls and an open top. I saw this igloo and thought you might like it. Wow! They used it immediately (to mark their territory?) and soon stopped using the other two boxes altogether. They seem to value privacy, and we appreciate the fact that they can't throw trash on the floor from inside. Bought a second needle today.

Great idea, great concept, but the result is the same as any other tray because it is not wide enough and not high enough where the sandbox meets the stairs to blocking them simply by stepping on the lower rungs, making the whole concept a mood point. A slightly wider and narrower stairway with a nose wall almost all the way up, you would have no choice but to start and end at the top of the stairway rather than stepping or jumping to the top. below like they do every time now.

I don't have much space so the litter box is in the closet. This does an excellent job of keeping out the smell (although I clean the litter box every other day so it might be different if it stays there longer) and flying debris when she digs.
