Review on KINGART 311 72 Watercolor Unique Colors by Doris Tran

I'm new to mixed media and wanted to try a brand I'm familiar with because King has good markers. The colors didn't blend with the paper at all and it felt like I was using a regular colored pencil to try and paint a watercolor. Lighter colors like yellow and orange worked well, but blue, magenta, and green didn't. I felt like I was struggling with the materials. While her watercolor is terrible, the pencils themselves are quite pigmented and make a nice set of colored pencils. The only downside was that they didn't mix well with water. You may have better luck, or my set was defective, but good luck. Hope this comment was helpful.
