They were used for a lanyard emergency switch for a lawnmower. Long story short, I let go of the handles when I was hit in the face by a holly sprig, the noose pulled the fuse out of the body as it should, and the mower continued through the fence. The reason for this was the ground wire on the plug, which was not fully inserted into the housing at the factory. It looked like it was on both sides, but it wasn't good enough contact for good ground. If anyone is familiar with how these housings are made you will find that once the wire is fully crimped a terminal connector tool is required to remove it. The only reason this could happen is poor quality control at the factory.
