Review on πŸ›οΈ Orbelle Trading Grey Toddler Bed: Stylish and Safe Sleeping Solution by Melody Watson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for baby's transition from cradle to bed! Look for baby bedding when you need a blanket!

Adorable little cot for my 2 year old daughter who is upgrading from a cot but is small and could use a double bed now. I love color! It took about an hour and a half to assemble (I recommend you use an electric screwdriver to save time rather than using the included 'tools' which are very similar to any other furniture tools you get.) My daughter's room is lavender. and cream, hardwood floors and the bed looks great and doesn't take up too much space. We placed one side against the wall for extra security, but the short rails near the headboard make it feel secure! I was concerned that she had made a habit of sleeping in her "mom's" bed, but (fingers crossed!) she was happy to have slept in her "big girls' bed" for the past three nights. We did a great job getting her own bed and letting her pick new bedding for her (it fits a standard cot mattress, by the way, so it's nice not to invest in a new mattress). too!) We found bedding for toddler beds at Pottery Barn Kids (expensive but really great quality). I think finding the right duvet will be difficult unless you specifically purchase toddler bedding as they are smaller than twins and firm. For safety reasons, do not make blankets for cribs. You can use a standard bed sheet, we also bought a top sheet from PB Kids. I hope this helps someone else!

Pros
  • Modern solid wood cot for your little one
Cons
  • Poor set
