So the first thing I found on the box was that one of the plastic covers on the side of the front roller was broken into 3 pieces. 2 pieces were later found lying on the bottom of the box. Then there were two unthreaded pre-drilled holes. I didn't have a set of dies and taps, so I had to drill holes through the square tube and use nuts and bolts to attach one side of the warning plate. Also, if you get this, don't tighten the bolts until you've got all the square tubes together. First tighten the saddle bolts, this is normal. But there were still many issues with the two Phillips head screws on the front of the seat mounts also not matching the threaded holes. Also, I had to drill a hole in the steel treadplate as it was so far away that I fixed the missed hole by 5/16"! If you're mechanically averse to correcting mistakes, don't buy this! Maintenance/professional mechanic and still it took me about 45 minutes to put this together. After I did it seems pretty sturdy and rolls very smoothly. I doubt how "durable" the insert cords are. Maximum load 350 lbs.
