Nowell - Efficiently Manages the Process
We have been using nowell for several years to manage our data collection and processing of claims submitted by independent contractors through their workers' comp insurance carrier.
The system works well as it is easy to use - even if you don't understand how to operate your own computer! Not much I dislike about this product so far. It would be nice to see more customization options including adding additional fields or making changes such that we could easily create new fields upon request from clients who are just getting started with Nowell. If you're looking for an outsource solution that will help keep track of all aspects of your claim process while also providing timely payments for each stage of the process, then look no further than Nowell.
