Review on General Pencil Company Masters Preserver Painting, Drawing & Art Supplies by Michelle Langley

I ordered this to clean my makeup brushes. I used to use a "brush shampoo" bought elsewhere and found that it cleaned my foundation or concealer brushes very well and left a soapy residue on the brushes despite rinsing thoroughly. THAT'S GREAT! Cleans brushes very quickly and removes hard pigments. After the brushes dried, there were no traces or odors left. The smell of the cleaner itself is very light and unobtrusive. it doesn't bother me - I'm prone to headaches from strong scents (does it smell very clean and maybe a little minty?) The soap filled the jar (unlike some other reviewers) and it was a firmer consistency but melted once you use it with a damp brush - to me the firmer texture just means it lasts longer which I love. The brush was very easy to clean and I found that the brush rinses out very quickly and doesn't leave a soapy feeling!
