I would like to give this product 4.5 stars but the system won't let me. The bed is quite soft - nothing more, but also soft and not cheap. Perfectly withstands washing in cold water and drying at low speed - according to the instructions. doggo likes this. The cover is beautifully framed and the ties at the front are a nice design touch. We love color too. It also comes with a free carry learner's guide, which we didn't need ourselves but would have been useful as a new learner's guide. We ended up only needing one bumper because our dog is obsessively chasing his tail when he's alone. So far this has done its job well, protecting it from the bars. My only downside would be that only the top of the bumper has velcro to hold it to the drawer grate. The underside of the bumper pad hangs in a drawer and you have to strain to open the bars to fuel it. In our case, we have to hope that he stays on his feet while constantly crashing into him. All in all, I highly recommend this. Our dog likes to feel in a cozy, sheltered little cave. We would buy this again.
