Took me 1 hour to assemble it using the instructions that came with it. This may take longer. Part of the delay was due to several parts being damaged inside the inner shrink wrap in the intact and still connected box. It certainly looks like it came from the factory. Since the packaging looked normal, the damage was only discovered during installation on site. I was able to fit it but it is crooked and the door will only latch if there is a load in one direction due to the curved bottom. The side panels (which arrived damaged) won't snap into place, or more specifically, the small metal feet that are supposed to hold the underside of the side panels are completely flat and don't hold the panel in place. The side panels also don't have locks, so don't buy them unless you really need to secure your gear. The damage almost cost us a job and I was hoping to get warranty parts but I was reprimanded and told I would have to remove the entire rack from its place, disassemble it and send it back because they couldn't ship me. Spare Parts. It's like throwing the entire purchase price plus $100 in the trash can.
