I bought this after hearing from a few people how great instant pots are and after looking at the positive reviews about them on here. I used the pan 2 or 3 times, it kept burning no matter what I tried but I figured it was my fault; One day I'll sit down and do a little research to understand why. I fast-forward long after the return window, keep trying, watching videos, re-reading instructions, and trying different products. It has NEVER set food on fire once and it shows the burning icon almost immediately after turning it on. It's either a faulty device, or the product itself is poorly designed, or both. Please don't buy this. and if you do, test it thoroughly before the return window appears.
