I think reviews are overrated. This is a good unit that does a lot of the cooking work. I am very happy that the inside of the pot is made of stainless steel and not aluminum. So after 30 days my first IP broke and Revain traded it for me. Now, 8 months later, same problem. I turned on the pot for a pressure rice cycle, it started fine and came back after 20 minutes and the LCD didn't work. Edit to update: The cooker was working fine after the crash mentioned below. It worked well enough, I bought a 6 liter instant pot to make preparing recipes from the various cookbooks that these devices have easier. Most appear to be aimed at 6-litre sizes.
