Great idea ruined by a stupid design choice

This mini bag could have been great. Good concept, solid construction, high-quality materials. Unfortunately, there are some frankly silly flaws in its design. They could have been avoided as easily by spending 2 minutes on quality control and with no additional material or labor costs. Makes me mad. Anyway, here are my issues with the bag - poor placement of shoulder straps, poor design of side pockets, and unusable tea holder loops. details below. Placement of the shoulder strap. One end of the shoulder strap is attached to the top of the bag, the "flexible" end where your club heads are placed. The fact is that tossing a bag of heavy clubs over your shoulder can put unnecessary stress on the clubheads. I suspect the assumption is that it would be difficult to stress the thugs enough to cause damage. It just seems like a bad design choice to me. The design of the side pockets is the worst design oversight in my opinion. There is a small side pocket, ideal for a couple of balls and accessories. The problem is that the zipper opens at the bottom of the bag! If you sling your bag over your shoulder or stand upright against a wall or counter and start opening it, the contents (golf balls) will squirt out. In fact, you have to lay the bag flat before opening it to avoid this. In fact, I'm starting to think that the side pocket is actually sewn to the bag backwards. Which brings me to the next design flaw. Position of the tea holder. A nylon strap is attached to the outside of the side pocket forming four loops which I believe will hold four t-shirts. The problem is that if you put the tees in the holder right side up, the sharp ends will hang out of the pocket. But then again, if that side bag were attached to the bag in a different orientation, the tees would point in the opposite direction and fit snugly against the side of the bag. But not really, because. The tea holder design is back on this tea holder. Yes, tees are inserted into loops. but they also slip through the other end! I use fairly large tees - 3.25 inches, so the tee heads shouldn't slip through the hinges, right? Pooh. Generally I will use a bag because I need something small and discreet to store a couple of clubs in the trunk of my car. None of the design flaws detailed here pose a problem for me as I will be using the bag on driving ranges and putting greens where I rarely need a wooden shirt or need to open the side pocket while carrying the bag. I just wish there was a little more thought into the design details. Zipper on the bottom of the bag?!? Who does it?
