Review on Ultimate Edge BS6 6 Piece Steak by Darius Newberry

I bought these to protect some of the Global steak knives I had in my utensil drawer. The knives are serrated and not particularly sharp, but after purchasing an electric sharpener that made them razor sharp I was afraid of cutting myself and damaging the new thin edges. Protectors are simply plastic bushings that the blade is pressed into. The sleeve is narrow so they stick securely to the blade without falling out. They do the job despite being a few inches longer than my knives. I could crop them for a better size but I'll leave them as is for now. Basic but do their job.
