The only reason I didn't give it 5 runs is because it's very difficult to clean. The bowl is a complete blender, similar to a machine that cannot be washed due to the electrical parts. You have to pull out the magnet that mixes the chocolate, easier said than done. Then wipe down the blender. Cocomotion mixes chocolate perfectly and is at the right temperature whether I use cold milk or room temperature water. I use Cocomotion at least once a week so it cooks my chocolate while I make other things and voila the perfect mug in about two minutes.
