Review on π Bosch GLM165-25G Green-Beam 165 Ft. Laser Measure - Precise and Efficient Distance Measurement Tool by Ken Wilson

The green laser on this unit is the most visible I have ever used and can be seen from a great distance. However, on bright, sunny days, which are the norm here in the California desert, the device won't read lasers more than 25 feet away. Even if I see a point 40, 50 or even 60 feet away, the measurement doesn't register. Very frustrating and disappointing as I am very happy with the visibility of the laser itself.
