Very cheap quality. The connector literally broke off the first time I unplugged the charger from it (see picture) so I had to force the connector open and re-solder it. Moral of the story: Always reach for the plug, not the cord like I did. Both my phone and tablet support OTG. With a phone you can use OTG and charge at the same time, but with a tablet you can only do one or the other, not both. Unfortunately, this works for some devices and not others, despite saying they support OTG. This is of course an issue of the manufacturer of the tablet, not this device, so you may need to contact your manufacturer to see if they support simultaneous OTG and charging before purchasing. However, it must be of the best quality.
