It's easy to use, it has all the features you need as an agency manager, it's very customizable, it can be integrated with other systems. Very good customer support. I really like how it integrates with our accounting system. Sometimes when we are in the middle of booking an event or a trip, some of the information gets lost in translation. That's why I would prefer if they had more integrations with other platforms (like Salesforce). Maybe an API? It makes my life easier managing events and trips, so I don't have to do everything manually.
