Easy way of managing business client relationship management

I like that it helps me to see all my contacts at one place so i can easily send emails or text messages with them by just clicking their names in contact details list instead writing email addresses over again! It's really useful if you're trying not spam your clients/contacts' inboxes because they will know how much effort we put into sending out our marketing campaigns as well about new services & announcements via SMSs!! And also there are some functions which need improvement such us…

  • The system is easy for everybody especially non tech savvy people without any knowledge regarding computers, web browsers ,email programs.etc..to learn ! Also very good solution from client side point o view both end users who want make calls&text messaging easier plus call centre employees enjoy being able use mobile phones rather then pcs only!!! This way saves money + less paper waste+ energy saving environment friendly approach = winwin situation

Intuitive platform designed for Event Planners

It's easy to use, it has all the features you need as an agency manager, it's very customizable, it can be integrated with other systems. Very good customer support. I really like how it integrates with our accounting system. Sometimes when we are in the middle of booking an event or a trip, some of the information gets lost in translation. That's why I would prefer if they had more integrations with other platforms (like Salesforce). Maybe an API? It makes my life easier managing events and…
