Blown fuse (and other damage?)

I tried to fit this into my 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid but the LED frame didn't match the original lamp housing properly and the fuse was blown (not quite sure Here's what happened - Had to have the car towed 42 miles to the dealer because it had a "Check Charging System" error and wouldn't start. Still not sure if anything could be damaged. I know the cost replace thousands of dollars of hybrid batteries when affected by inaccurate LED product design).
