Perfect fit. More blue than true white. Doesn't fit the bulb exactly. It looks like it could go an inch lower and that would be great, but the stalk on these onions isn't long enough/it gets too thick too quickly. Attention! Before buying I read other reviews and saw that some people had the same problem. In my opinion, if you're not experienced with small electronics, ditch them and maybe spend a buck or two more. A common problem with these lamps is poor soldering of the components. It looks like it ends up with solder bridges that short out when plugged in, giving off lots of heat and smoke. Plug and Play in my 2018 Tacoma. Instructions for removing the taillight assembly are easily found online. Note that you don't have to separate the assembly itself; it remains connected via cable. Disconnect the tail lamp connector and then unscrew the lamp assembly from its socket. Only the halogen lamp itself needs to be removed.
