Bought these LED lights for my 2018 Subaru Forester Touring. We were dismayed to discover that the car had a low resolution rear view camera which, despite a software setting, gave a poor picture at night. On top of that, the factory reversing lights didn't light up properly at all. I'm glad these replacement LED lights have improved both the camera image and the illumination range at night. Worth the cost and hassle of installing LEDs. Pay attention to the installation effort. The diameter of the Subaru reverse lamp socket was slightly smaller than the width of the plastic connector of the LED bulb. But we were able to get the LEDs to work. It was necessary to carefully (I emphasize carefully) use a thin metal file on the sides to slightly narrow the plastic plug. After a few minutes, we were able to fully insert the plug into the outlet. I am adding this note as FYI as I understand that this may only be an issue on Subaru and not other vehicle makes or models.
